We recognise that each of our customers support requirements are unique. With this in mind we have developed a range of maintenance packages to suit all needs. Our packages range from telephone support with set response times to full maintenance agreements which include labour charges, parts and loan equipment to guarantee fix times. It is also possible for us to remote control computers and servers on customer sites so that call out times are kept to a minimum and costs are reduced. We are also happy to offer customers one off call by call remote desktop (if available), telephone and on site support.
