All new hardware has a minimum of one year's manufacturer warranty that Nexus passes onto its customers. Nexus will process warranties if returned back to base. It is possible to extend manufacturers warranty with products such as AppleCare that adds an additional two years warranty to the standard one year. Manufacturer warranties are satisfactory if your equipment is not mission critical. If you need to guarantee uptime then check out our maintenance packages.

If we install products for you at a pre-agreed rate we offer our own complimentary one month on site full maintenance agreement. After this time we can tailor a support and maintenance agreement to suit your requirements and budget.
